Eric Rohman, born in Nyköping and raised in Helsingborg, was a prolific Swedish artist known for his poster designs. Remarkably, he sustained himself solely by creating posters—a rare feat. Over his career, Rohman produced approximately 7,000 distinct works, showcasing his talent and dedication to visual art.

Buffalo Bill, born William Frederick Cody in Le Claire, Iowa Territory (now part of Iowa), was a multifaceted figure of the American Old West. His adventures included serving in the Union during the American Civil War, hunting buffalo for the Kansas Pacific Railroad, and becoming a showman with Buffalo Bill’s Wild West. His legacy endures as one of the most famous icons of the frontier and cowboy culture .
